Integrated Air-Cooled Configuration: Given the regional scarcity of freshwater, an air-cooled system was utilized. This design eliminates the need for a cooling tower and water consumption for condensation, significantly lowering operational costs. Plug-and-Play Design: The integrated framework houses the compressor, condenser, and evaporator in one compact unit, allowing for rapid deployment and minimal on-site assembly. Sanitary Excellence: To comply with international food safety standards, all components in contact with water or ice—including the evaporator, water tanks, and cutting mechanism—are constructed from high-grade SUS304 stainless steel. Precision Ice Engineering: The system produces hollow cylindrical ice with an outer diameter of 22mm-35mm. The inner hole (1mm-10mm) is adjustable via the PLC interface, allowing the client to balance cooling surface area with melt resistance.
